Our goal is to help you move, improve and create your best self
Coast Pilates Retreats (CPR) was born from recognition that there are very few pilates retreats offered around Australia.
This is complemented by the fact that there are a wealth of highly talented pilates instructors trained to help you get fit, manage your injuries through modified programming and to help you be the best version of yourself.
So let's move our bodies! We only get one life, right.
CPR is about you. It's your life support system. Much like yoga, pilates is a practice. Learn to practice and connect with other like-minded people. Fuel a love of movement and create the version of yourself that you have always wanted to be.
